Dr Mike Beggs BVSc,MRCVS After spending many school holidays helping out at his local vet in Durban North, Dr.Mike Beggs qualified as a vet in 1992 from Onderstepoort, Pretoria. He has worked as a locum in many practices in South Africa and the United Kingdom as well as being employed at Parktown North Veterinary Referral and Emergency Clinic in Johannesburg, RSA. He has over 20 years experience in treating dogs, cats and horses and is a past president of the Veterinary Association of Namibia. Dr.Beggs is married to Elke and has 3 children: Luke, Patrick and Robin, 2 dogs : Zulu and Charka, and 2 cats : Sweetchen and Naartjie and enjoys going to gym and Krav Maga |

Sister Claudia Hoffmann; Diploma of Veterinary Nursing
Claudia qualified from Onderstepoort in 2007 and joined our team shortly after this. Claudia takes extra special care of all our patients and ensures that their visit is as comfortable and stress-free as possible. A real farm girl at heart , Claudia spends much of her free time on the family farm riding her horses, Jason and Tutti,and trying to keep their hunting terrier, Charly, out of trouble.

Birgit Friedlein Birgit has been with us since 2003 and has extensive training in all our quality products so she is always willing to give you the best advice for your pet's nutritional and other needs. Birgit is well known for her very friendly and efficient telephone manner. She is married to Dave and has one daughter, Rayne , 11 cats and 2 dogs, Flubber and Wobbles. |

Micheline Huester
Micheline is the other friendly member of our front desk staff. Micheline joined us after working on a voluntary basis for the SPCA . She is married to Adolf and has 2 beautiful German Shepherds, Arco and Kira.

Senior Veterinary Orderly

Ben Papama Ben is our most experienced veterinary orderly and it shows. He takes great pride in keeping the clinic clean and tidy and smelling great. The way Ben clips and washes our patients for surgery is nothing short of amazing. He also is a very capable handyman and able to fix most things saving us time and money. |

Macenroe Goreseb Macenroe has recently joined our team in 2013 .He always has a positive attitude and a smile on his face which is infectious for staff and clients alike. Macenroe has 2 dogs , Wolfie and Roberto. |
